Great customer service, the staff was accommodating and helpful even after our late check-in. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas nearby. The hotel also provided bottled water daily, which was a nice touch.
Breakfast options were limited to cereals, toast, and porridge, and had to be reserved a day before. during our stay, there was construction on the first floor, which caused a lot of noise and vibration in our room on the second floor.

I really enjoyed the unique and charming decoration of the hotel. The common areas had lovely vintage furniture and cute little owl-themed accents, which made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to climb, and the hallways were wide enough to easily navigate with a walker or cane.
I would have loved to have some activities specifically catered to senior guests. It would have been nice to have a designated lounge area where we could gather and socialize with other seniors.

As a senior woman, I was especially impressed by the elegant decoration of the hotel. The cozy ambiance, with its tasteful vintage furniture and beautiful artwork, made me feel like I was staying in a grand old castle. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for seniors like myself, with comfortable seating areas and easy navigation. I also appreciated the helpful staff who were always ready to assist me in whatever I needed. the hotel's decoration and accessibility made my stay truly delightful.
My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have some additional assistance available for those of us who may need extra support. While the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, there were times when I wished there was someone specifically designated to cater to the needs of senior guests.

The entertainment district around the hotel was lively and vibrant, making it a perfect location for a fun-filled family trip. We enjoyed exploring the nearby markets and experiencing the local culture. The cable TV in our room provided endless entertainment options, keeping both the adults and kids entertained during downtime.
My children wanted a larger play area or a dedicated kids' zone within the hotel.
